Returns
If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
We must receive returns within 14 days of delivery to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned items.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@nyrahbeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be notified by email that we have received the refund, and your refund will be issued promptly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it. We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any broken or faulty items returned within 14 days of receipt. If you have not notified us (within this time frame) of an issue with your product, we will consider the products to be of satisfactory quality and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit, we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the error was caused by our fulfilment team, Nyrah Beauty will bear the shipment cost, and if the customer requires an exchange of the item they have received which was ordered incorrectly by them, then the customer will bear the cost of delivery/return.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. The number of days it will take for you to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policy.
